Completion of the project
With the approval of the final report all submitted personal information about yourself (e.g. name and email address) will be deleted.

Where we store your information
Information is stored in or on equipment owned by the project. Access to such equipment will be password protected. We use Mailchimp to send our newsletters to you and they are certified to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S Privacy Shield Framework.
